With growing commercial (cruise/shipping industries) and governmental [U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services (HHS) U.S. Dept. of Transportation (DOT) and International Maritime Organization (IMO), among others] vessel sanitation concerns resulting in stricter global regulations and heightened awareness/publicity, pH Solutions, Inc. has produced a unique Vessel Sanitation System scaleable to any-size vessel or ballast treatment amount. 

ClearBlue-104™ is delivered through an E7-Series metering pump. 

Using a Milton-Roy RoyPak™ Chemical Injection System (the Milton Roy LMIE-7 Controlled Diaphragm Metering Pump and a pH/ORP or conductivity meter) ClearBlue-104™ is directly injected into a vessel’s ballast system. 

Provides a flow-paced, controlled chemical dosing and real-time system (based on either a pre-set metered rate or based on the strength of the contaminants (bioload) found in the ballast water). 

An environmentally safe, biologically effective, operationally practical and cost-effective method for ballast water treatment.  

ClearBlue-104™ is most effective because of its unique ability to disperse into the entire water column of a ballast holding tank remaining active for longer periods of time compared to other biocides.

Remote system monitoring  or GPS systems can be used to track a ship’s performance in its use of CleaBlue-104™.
